The challenge is rarely access to tools. It is helping people build the confidence, habits and behaviours needed to use them well. I help organisations move from AI literacy to operational use by supporting managers, encouraging experimentation and helping new behaviours stick.

This strand is especially useful where AI is being introduced but adoption is uneven or shallow.
