About Gideon Schneider

I have worked across leadership development, behavioural capability and organisational effectiveness with organisations including EY, KPMG, Coca-Cola, ITV and Lloyds Banking Group.

My background combines 15+ years across finance, technology, retail and professional services with an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cambridge and ICF accredited coaching experience.

My work is practical, commercially grounded and focused on measurable behavioural and operational improvement.
