Every engagement begins with a consultation to understand your strategic objectives, culture, and specific challenges. I then design a coaching framework aligned to your organisation’s goals, whether that is leadership development, change management, or team performance. Each programme is fully bespoke and outcomes are clearly defined before we begin.

Yes. Coaching can sit alongside or within existing development initiatives to reinforce learning and embed behavioural change. Many organisations include coaching as part of wider programmes covering leadership capability, communication, or resilience. I can collaborate with your internal L&D team or external partners to ensure seamless integration.

Impact is tracked through agreed success metrics such as behavioural shifts, performance improvements, or employee feedback. Pre- and post-programme evaluations, 360 feedback, or participant reflections are often used to capture tangible progress. My focus is always on measurable, sustainable outcomes that align with organisational priorities.

 

Confidentiality is paramount. Coaching sessions are entirely private between the coach and coachee, allowing for honest reflection and authentic growth. At an organisational level, I provide high-level progress reports without sharing personal content. NDAs can be provided if required.

I work with senior leaders, high-potential talent, and functional teams across a range of sectors including law, finance, FMCG, media, and the public sector. Coaching supports individuals preparing for promotion, navigating change, or seeking to strengthen their impact and leadership presence.

Corporate Coaching Investment

Every organisation and leadership team is different, so each engagement is tailored to your goals, culture, and context. I work in partnership with HR and business leaders to design and deliver coaching that builds clarity, confidence, and capability across all levels of leadership.

Executive and Leadership Coaching – from £275 per stand-alone session or £250 per session as part of a package
Individual coaching can be delivered as an independent engagement or integrated into a wider leadership or talent development programme. Typical packages include six sessions per participant, supported by reflection tools, diagnostics, and optional 360 feedback.

Team and Group Coaching
For leadership teams or functional groups, coaching can be delivered as part of multi-session development programmes focused on collaboration, influence, or resilience.

All engagements are confidential, evidence based, and designed to deliver measurable results.
